Life goals?? To have someone look at you the way Luna looks at a tennis ball or a stick…😍😍🎾 Lovable miss-Luna is as ready as ever to land herself a forever family of her own, and one that’s willing to play endless fetch would be her DREAM! 🥰🥰 Luna (female) is a 3 year old silver lab who joined the New Leash family in pretty poor physical condition due to some negligence + thyroid levels that cause hair loss & needed some medication/maintenance. Fast-forward to today…Luna is doing pretty incredible! Her foster family has shown her the unconditional love she’s never known, her fur is filling in nicely, and she is ready for a forever kind of love! 🙌🏼 More about Luna:  ✅ 50lbs ✅ 100% potty-trained  ✅ crate-trained  ✅ a well-mannered girl who is a good listener!   ✅ LOVES car rides (copilot, anyone? 😎)  ✅ will show off her tricks for some yummy treats!  ✅ affectionate & loving (kisses, cuddles, belly rubs…you name it! 🥰)  ✅ would play fetch all day, every day if you’d let her! 🎾  ✅ continuing to work on her leash etiquette (which she previously had no concept of), and is improving every single day!  ✅ ADORES her people! 🫶🏼🫶🏼 More about Luna’s home requirements:  ➡️ A fenced-in yard would be her dream, because: 1. alllllll the fetch and 2. roaming + sniffing to her heart’s content!  ➡️ Being the only dog would be ideal. Luna is your typical “covid dog,” so the socialization skills she should’ve received as a puppy are nonexistent. Her initial reaction is to become quite anxious around new dogs…so if she’s not the only dog in the home, she’d require a low-key, non-reactive 4-legged friend. She would also need to do several meet & greets with him/her prior to adoption! She continues to learn “how to dog” every single day. 🥹 ➡️ Has been around kiddos as young as 5 years and done wonderfully, so would do just fine with children of most all ages!  ‼️Luna is in-need of a new foster and/or forever home by Saturday, September 23rd. She is eligible for our foster-to-adopt program, so please reach out if you think she possibly sounds like a good fit for you.‼️ APPLY HERE: https://newleashdogrescue.com **Luna’s $200 adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, heartworm test, and microchip. show less

Lovely miss Morgan is a 9 month old white & brown American bulldog/hound mix who finds herself in-need of a new forever home. ❤️ Morgan (female) absolutely loves to play and explore! She’s sure to steal your heart with her adorable floppy ears and big brown eyes. 🥰 She is a curious pup who is always eager to explore the world. When she’s not busy playing, Morgan very much enjoys her nap time. 😴 She also thoroughly enjoys belly rubs and ear massages. 🫶🏼 She’s a loyal friend who will stick by your side through thick and thin…and she’s ALWAYS up for a good snuggle session! Morgan currently weighs right around 50lbs; she was one of mama Gracie’s litter. Overall, Morgan is a wonderful dog who would make a great addition to any home — all she asks for is stability, unconditional love, a dash of fun adventures, and of course…snuggles! 💕 She’s friendly, playful, full of energy, and sure to bring joy and happiness to everyone around her. Morgan does very well with her potty-training when provided a consistent schedule; she is getting better at alerting her humans as to when she needs to be let out. She hasn’t been kenneled in her current home, so may need a good refresher on her crate-training. Morgan is fabulous with other dogs, and currently has two doggie siblings who she loves to play with! She can play a little bit rough when she gets excitable, so dogs who are similar in size to her may be in her best interest. To our knowledge, she hasn’t yet been exposed to cats. She’s a a sweetheart who deserves the world…so if she sounds like a good fit for you, please apply + reach out and ask for Morgan! 💗 APPLY HERE: https://newleashdogrescue.com (or private message us if you’re already preapproved!)  **Morgan’s $250 adoption fee includes her spay, vaccines to date, and microchip. show less

This sweet, snuggly, most-lovable girl is Snickers (aka Snickerdoodle), and she just happens to be in the market for a forever family of her own! 🤍💕 Snickers (female) is a 2-2.5 year old pittie-girl who is a HUGE lover with lots of kisses to give! 😍 She weighs 60lbs, but — in typical pittie-fashion — is lots of muscle! 💪🏼 She is so.so.so sweet and adores her people more than anything…kids included! Snickers is currently being fostered in a home with children, and she couldn’t adore them more. 🥹 She’d love having kiddos in her forever home! Snickers enjoys taking toys/bones (her favs!) into her kennel to hang out when her people are home…but once her people leave [& the kennel door is shut], she is a bit of a houdini and tends to escape. But the good news: she does totally fine when left out in the house and isn’t destructive! She is completely potty-trained (with a bit of transition time to be expected in a new home, of course). She’s super gentle taking treats, and her all-time favorite place is curled up right next to (or on top of 😉) her human(s). She also likes to eat laying down…which is the cutest thing! Snickers did have a tiff with a small dog in her previous placement, so does need a home without small dogs and/or other small animals. She does just fine with pups her size! A fenced-in yard isn’t required (in fact, she can scale a 4ft chain-link fence if she wants to 🙃), but is a perk she’d love…so she can romp, sniff, and explore. She’s truly the biggest sweetie! If you’re looking for a forever best friend + cuddle buddy, apply now and private message us. Just ask for Snickers! 😘 APPLY HERE: https://newleashdogrescue.com (or private message us if you’re already preapproved!) **Snickers’ $200 adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, heartworm test, and microchip. show less

Handsome-boy Tito’s life was spared from euthanasia row in a shelter in North Carolina, and we couldn’t be more thankful…just look at that adorable face! 😍🫶🏼 Tito (male) is a 1 year old mystery mix (really your guess is as good as ours…but ours would possibly be heeler/shiba inu/pittie?? 🤷🏼‍♀️); he weighs right around 40-45lbs. He has the cutest ears and SUCH a zest for life! 💛 Tito is an excitable boy, and more than anything is learning how to *not* jump on his humans. He may be medium-sized, but those paws can be powerful. Because of this, we are saying no young kiddos in his forever home…as Tito definitely has the potential to knock them over! He is a smart boy and is learning every day, but will need an adoptive family who continues to work with him at keeping his paws on the floor. 🐾 Tito has such a fun-loving personality! He is energetic and enthusiastic with everything he does! He loves taking walks, but his enthusiasm tends to get the best of him and he does pull…so will need a strong leader who’s dedicated to his continued training & being the very best doggo he can be! Tito is fully potty-trained and crate-trained; he does very well in his kennel at nighttime + when his people are gone. When he’s tired he enjoys snuggling on his person’s lap; he is learning to appreciate the calm (vs always go-go-going!) more every single day. 🥰 Tito loves playing with his foster family’s resident dog, but — to note — he does play a bit on the rough side, so coexisting with smaller dogs may not be best for this boy. He does, however, respond well to correction [to “leave” the other dog alone]…but would simply play constantly if he could! At this point, we can’t attest to how he’d do with cats. We don’t know that he’s ever met any kitties! He is such a happy-go-lucky, goofy, lovable boy…and we promise endless smiles are in-store to whoever commits to a forever life with him. ❤️ If he sounds like he may just be the perfect fit for you…please apply + reach out to us via private message. Just ask for Tito! 😘 APPLY HERE: https://newleashdogrescue.com (or private message us if you’re already preapproved!)  **Tito’s $200 adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, heartworm test, and mirochip. show less
